Shipping and delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for packaging, transport, and handling. We do not guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates. Sherry’s works with ELB/Palletways/Abacus for the delivery of your order.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 11am (GMT)

When will I receive my order?

If your order is placed before 11am (GMT) we aim to dispatch within 3 working days. Orders you place with Sherry’s Hair & Beauty, after 11am (GMT) on Friday or on the weekend, will not be processed until Monday. Delivery times after goods are dispatched are an estimate.

(Please note goods to Scandinavia leave our premises only on Fridays).

 

Shipping and deliveries can be organised by the customer themselves if prefered. However, if the items are shipped internationally, all documents need to be sent to us, otherwise VAT will be charged.

 

Order collection from premises

Goods collected from the premises aim to be ready in 1-2 working day. If needed urgently please contact us on 020 8453 1450 after placing your order.

Returns and exchange

Please contact us by email to sales@sherryshairandbeauty.com if you would like to request a return.

Goods can either be returned to our premise or by post (see below). Please note that we do not offer an exchange service by post.

For purchases made at our premise, we will be happy to exchange or credit/refund goods within 30 days of purchase if they are returned with the original receipt, are unused and in the condition, they were purchased, including all packaging. Without an invoice, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

If the goods purchased were clearance items, they are non-refundable.

For items purchased online, we will be happy to provide credit/refund for the goods within 30 days of you receiving the goods if they are returned with the invoice, are unused and in the condition they were purchased, including all packaging. This is in line with your consumer rights of return and refund.

We reserve the right to refuse to credit or refund items that are not returned within 30 days from the date you received your goods, even if such items are faulty.

In order to qualify for our refunds policy, all items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached.

We reserve the right to refuse to refund items goods which are returned not in a re-saleable condition. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory and not in a re-saleable condition may be returned to you at your expense.

Goods must be returned with your invoice and be in the condition that they were purchased.

Our refunds policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

Please allow 10 to 14 working days for Sherrys to process your return.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm. During our working hours we are here to help with any queries and to process your orders. Last orders for collection the same day are to be made by 3.30pm. Do note, during busy periods we may not be able to process your order for same day collection.
