Read and follow instruction book carefully before using. This product contains sodium hydroxide (lye). Keep out of reach of children. Follow directions carefully before using this product. Improper use may result in skin and scalp burns, loss of hair, and eye injury. Do not use on bleached, dyed, tinted or damaged hair. Avoid the eyes and skin to avoid eye injury and skin irritation. Examine scalp for sores and abrasions. If either is present, postpone application until scalp has healed. Do not lift dandruff, or pre-shampoo hair before using this product. If relaxer gets into your eyes, rinse immediately and consult a physician. If relaxer starts irritating skin or scalp, rinse out immediately with warm water using a neutralizing shampoo. If irritation persists, consult a physician.
